Customs & Postal Charges

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom Orders

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) is included where required by law.

However, if an order is shipped from outside the UK, customs procedures may apply depending on the order value and current import regulations.

Responsibility for Charges

Any customs duties, import taxes or postal handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges required to release the parcel from customs.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for refunds of shipping costs.
